At Ace @ Work, we aim to nurture happy, healthy, well-articulated and confident children—giving them a strong start in life.

Our ACE Curriculum Approach

Guided by a team of leading education specialists, Ace @ Work adopts an integrated thematic approach towards our curriculum that is fully aligned with MOE’s Nurturing Early Learners’ Framework.

The 4 main features of our Curriculum Approach are:

• Integrated Theme Based Learning

• Authentic and Active Participation

• Child Directed

• Hands On Exploration

Ace @ Work ACE Curriculum Approach

Our curriculum framework is child-centred and focused on the individual needs, interests, and abilities of every child. Teachers facilitate learning experiences based on the children's interests and scaffold their learning by providing appropriate resources and guidance.

Our spaces are intentionally designed to provide children with opportunities for hands-on exploration, independent decision-making, and learning through play. They cater to different interests, learning styles, and developmental needs, fostering a well-rounded and engaging experience. These approaches and practices aims to create a nurturing and stimulating environment, promoting their overall development and preparing them for future learning.

The themes are selected to provide authentic and meaningful learning contexts so that children can explore, acquire, and apply their knowledge and skills in their daily lives and experiences. Purposeful play is used to engage children as they learn through fun and meaningful ways.

When learning is enjoyable, children are intrinsically motivated to ask questions and make their own discoveries. This nurtures children’s inquisitiveness. Relatable themes also help children learn how to respond in real-life contexts and develop self-help skills.

We value all children and their different ways of learning. Under the guidance of our teachers in a supportive and enriching environment, we believe that an ACE child will be a well-rounded individual whom exhibits a balanced set of skills and are prepared for the next stages of learning and development.

Our curriculum encompasses a range of developmental core and enrichment modules.
