Objective:
Develop hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills by drawing different types of lines
Materials you will need:
- Picture Template
- Pencils/ Colour Pencils
Process:
1. Draw an outline of any thing, e.g. flower, if you do not have a picture template.
2. Encourage your child to draw and fill the flower with different lines: straight, curved, wavy, spiral, zig-zag, looped, etc.
3. Encourage your child to fill up the whole picture with minimum space between the lines.
4. Repeat the process with different outline drawings for your child to fill the insides with lines.
